2014.02.01. 00:00CONTIVO – TOGETHER FOR THE SUCCESSFUL AGRICULTURE

The challenge of the sustainable and economical agricultural growing is getting bigger for the farmers. The Contivo scheme launched by the Syngenta offers an integrated solution that enables the achievement of the highest output besides the preservation of the environmental resources. The Syngenta is the biggest agrarian company of the world, yet it decided that in order to serve the farmers at the highest possible level it concludes an alliance with companies that represent the vanguard of the their professional area.

Within the Contivo program the Yara, the Vaderstad and the AGRO.bio have become the strategic partners of the Syngenta. This cooperation whose official festive launching took place in the conference hall of the Hotel Intercontinental of Budapest with the participation of almost 100 people and where the declaration of intention for cooperation has been signed has been established based clearly on the joint values and professional approach.

The above picture was taken after the signing of the declaration. From left: Ferenc Sinkó – director of the Generali-Providencia Biztosító Zrt., Zoltán Takács – director of the Budapest Bank Zrt., Dr. József Zsembeli – director of the DE AGTC Research Institution of Karcag, Dr. Tamás Árendás – department head of the MTA (Hungarian Academy of Sciences) ATK, Dr. Csaba Gyuricza – dean of the Szent István University, Ferenc Éri – commercial manager of the Yara Hungária Kft., Tibor Czigány – managing director of the Syngenta Kft., Balázs Márton – managing director of the AGRO.bio Hungary Kft., Tibor Kalmár – director of the Vaderstad Kft. and Miklós Maróti – director of the AgroVir Kft.

The panel talk had a great moment when Rozália Pecze (regional manager of Syngenta) appreciated the professional commitment of the AGRO.bio Hungary Kft. and mentioned that in 2013 they obtained the Hungarian Grand Prize and the Hungarian Brands recognition with the BactoFil soil bacteria substance.

The picture (b.) shows Balázs Márton, managing director of the AGRO.bio, holding the Contivo Cooperation agreement in his hands that was signed altogether by ten people. As the Contivo program is a milestone in the history of the Hungarian agriculture, since no wide strategic partnership has ever been established, it is also a milestone for the AGRO.bio, too, since it confirms the result of the past 12 years’ compromise-free professionalism.

It is a great moment, pride and possibility for the AGRO.bio Hungary Kft. to become the strategic partner of international companies – being leader at worldwide level – such as the Syngenta, the Yara and the Vaderstad.
